reservations control. It includes complete coordination of the agenda
and the individual travel specifications of each attendee, with the most
cost-effective negotiations the major air carriers have to offer.
Mechanically, this means that
Logistics monitors the travel requests of each attendee to guarantee on-time
arrivals and departures, considering each reservation individually to assure
that the best fares can be offered. Coupled with the advance negotiation
necessary to name an official carrier, we have saved our clients up to
75% off of normal coach fares. In many cases this single service has transformed
a very restrictive budget into one that can allocate moneys for the purchase
of premium items and other incentive-building bonuses.

Discounted Airfares-- Attendees
make own arrangements
Many times the budget of a
meeting or convention is designed to pickup all charges with the exception
of air travel, which is the responsibility of the attendee's division or
office. For those gatherings, we have designed a system which still allows

Meet
and Greet Service
Some companies make the mistake
of "leaving it to the attendee" to get to the meeting. Not only does
this disrupt the agenda with late arrivals, but also it destroys the possibility
of proper preparation by the hotel. This factor alone can almost
guarantee confused and frustrated attendees. Therefore, Logistics arranges
for when the attendees leave the aircraft, that they are met at the
gate by a smiling face, assisted through baggage claim and transferred
to the hotel in comfort. Logistics takes care of all gratuities and porterage.
Once at the hotel, while they check-in at the hospitality desk, their bags
are taken directly to their preregistered rooms.
Logistics considers the number
of attendees involved in a meeting and the proximity of the airport to
the hotel to effectively and less expensively run a "shuttle" operation
to and from the hotel.
