Theme Development
While there are many functional advantages of associating with Logistics, the contribution which has made a very definite impact on our customers' meetings and social functions has been theme- development. Theme development provides for:
-An impetus for promotion or an event through mailing,
invitations or advertisements
-An excellent vehicle for translating the content of the meeting as
well as setting the motif for all food and beverage functions
-A perfect opportunity to punctuate both the work and play
enjoyed in the company of fellow participants

Theme Procedure
-Designing a meeting logo
-Development of an agenda of incentive mailings
-Research of and creation of collateral materials
-Orchestration of all advance mailings of incentive materials -Creation and management of special meeting activities

Theme Promotion
The most important factor in creating enthusiasm over a program is the initial announcement and the promotional schedule. Assuming there is an inherent need for motivation and that a theme and agenda of motivational mailings is agreed upon, we would then handle all of the logistics.
