Per the client's request,  throughout the meeting,  there are a variety of items that the attendees have an opportunity of being presented with: For example, at the registration desk, custom printed note pads, folders, or binders; Upon arrival in the hotel room, "private stock" wine labeled with the meeting logo and company name; Returning to their room the final night of the meeting, a special gift that ties into the theme with a note from the President of the company.  

Not only does theme identity give speakers' a focal point for their presentation, but  it also gives continuity to all of the activities so that  the meeting and the breakout sessions will be long remembered after everyone has returned home.
